On Sunday, January 10, 2025, former US President Joe Biden pardoned Marcus Garvey, the Black nationalist who successfully launched a mission similar to ACTLCG's in the 1920s before he was wrongly convicted of mail fraud. The recent clearing of Marcus Garvey’s name and legacy 100 years after his conviction signifies “the clearing of roads ahead” for us who are actively driving his vision to the finish line.
In April 2025, ACTLCG made history by coordinating the first commercial shipment from Ghana to The Bahamas — a milestone that marked more than just logistics. It was the tangible start of a trade future built on unity, purpose, and action.
With the blessing of the Marcus Garvey Institute for Human Development, this achievement unfolded during the inaugural AfriCaribbean Global Business Trade Show held in Accra, co-hosted by ACTLCG alongside public and private sector leaders.
